A Special Election, to elect the Place 2 - Ward 2 Councilmember, was held on Saturday, May 11, 2013. The following candidate was unopposed and has been declared elected to office for a two (2) year transitional term, expiring in May of 2015:

A General Election, for the purpose of electing one council member for Place 1 - Ward 1; one council member for Place 3 - Ward 3; one council member for Place 5 - At Large; and one council member for Place 6 - At Large, all for four (4) year terms expiring in May 2017, was held on Saturday, May 11, 2013.
